At Wilderness Calls, we strive for customer satisfaction and offering great customer service is our top priority. We take great pride in our quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at wildernesscalls.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to return your purchase. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in an unused, like new, saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging, or with stickers and/or markings on the merchandise. Any sale items, clearance or discontinued items are not returnable. All sales are considered final 31 days following the shipping date. The customer is responsible to insure we receive the return. Keep all tracking and documentation once you ship your item back so it can be available if necessary. Returns are processed in 7-10 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse and a refund will be issued thereafter. All damage and shortage claims should be made immediately upon delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right and should refuse the order; we take every precaution to insure safe arrival of your purchase. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The replacement shipping and handling of any product damage on arrival will be free of charge. International sales are final and this return policy does not apply.
