Wilderness Calls Jude's All Purpose Sauce Recipes and Testimonials

Wilderness Calls in conjunction with Jude, the creator of the Jude's All Purpose Sauce, is happy to introduce to the world her delicious creation.  This is not just another hot sauce! It is a step above any hot sauce or regular sauce you will ever sink your teeth into.  Jude makes each batch of this delicious sauce with her own hands, giving it love and care. It has been said she even sheds a tear or two as she prepares the peppers and green onions. It is great with seafood, (shrimp, scallops, fried fish and the list goes on) pork, poultry and beef.  Mixed with barbecue sauce or just using it by itself, it will make you want to slap your momma, as the label reads, yes it is that good!  It can be used on many different kinds of foods or snacks, to enhance their flavor.  We offer a half case (6 jars or bottles) and whole case (12 jars or bottles) that can be a perfect gift for that person that has everything.   We could go on and on about how great this sauce is, but we want you to be the judge!

 Note from the creator!

Hi my name is Jude. I was born and raised on a farm in Florida. So naturally I learned how to grow a lot of different types of vegetables like corn, peas, watermelon, okra, cotton, tomatoes, peppers and many other things. One year me and my husband decided to grow a vegetable garden. So as my husband got the ground ready to plant I decided I would plant some peppers. When I went down to the local feed store I bought every type of peppers that I could get my hands on along with peas, squash, tomatoes, and beans . You name it, I planted it! So after a couple of weeks the vegetable garden started to come alive with all the types of peppers. The plants were loaded down! I had to decide what I was going to do with all those peppers. I thought to myself, "I love to cook and I love hot stuff". So I started to play around with the different types of peppers I had in the vegetable garden and Jude's all purpose hot sauce was born.

A couple years later I opened a restaurant in Steinhatchee, FL.  I thought to myself, "Other people love mild and hot sauce". So I whipped up some of my all-purpose sauce. When I put it on the tables I noticed people were putting it on everything, from hamburgers, French fries, eggs, you name it they were putting it on it. It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't even put it on pancakes! They would get mad as a wet setting hen if I ran out. I've had people drive as far as 250 miles to get some of my all purpose sauce. One day a lady called me from Miami, Fl. and ordered a case of the sauce. This is about a 400 mile round trip, so I was skeptic but I got a case of my sauce ready. Two days later the lady was at the restaurant door with a big smile on her face. She said her whole family and friends loved the sauce and it was worth the trip. When the CEO of Wilderness Calls approached me about marketing my All Purpose Sauce, I decided to give other people all over the world a chance to enjoy some of my creation.   But don't take my word for it, try it and you be the judge.

                               Thank ya'll for your time!

Jude' All Purpose Sauce Recipes and Testimonials

  • Jude's All Purpose Sauce Recipe for Sandwiches
Many different meats can be used to make a "Jude's All Purpose Sauce" sandwich. Pork (wild or domestic) and the list goes on to include beef, poultry, venison and turkey. Cook the meat of your choice slowly for several hours; this will help to tenderize the meat. We suggest a crock pot, but you can also use a grill or oven. We use spices, (onion powder, garlic powder, herbs and garlic, etc.) and a touch of wine, (whatever is at hand), or Jack Danials to cook the meat in. This will give the meat an added flavor before you put the wonderful "Jude's All Purpose Sauce" on it. After cooking the meat until it is done or tender, drain all the liquid off the meat, chop or break the meat up. Then add "Jude's All Purpose Sauce". We suggest 16 oz of sauce per two pounds of meat. Stir thoroughly and re heat until it is boiling. Then place this mixture between two slices of bread or on a roll and be prepared to have a sandwich that is out of this world!

  • Jude's All Purpose Sauce Recipe for Grilled Ribs
Depending on the ribs you choose to use, you may want to boil them first to get rid of some of the excess fat. Take the ribs and place them in a tin baking pan, add any spice you would normally use on your meat, (onion powder, garlic powder, herbs and garlic, etc.). Cover the ribs with "Jude's All Purpose Sauce" Then seal the pan with aluminum foil to keep the entire flavor inside. Place in oven or on grill. Set temperature at 250-300 degrees for approximately two hours and then turn it up to 350-400 for approximately 20 minutes. If you like them brown, take the aluminum foil off for the last 10-20 minutes of the cooking. Then set back and watch them disappear!

Salsa Dip: The "Jude's All Purpose Sauce" can be used to spice up your salsa. You need 1 16 oz. jar of "Jude's All Purpose Sauce". Pour into a bowl and add diced tomatoes and onions and green peppers, chopped to your liking. If the salsa is not hot enough, you may want to add some more pepper to the mix. If it is too hot, you may want to cut it with more tomatoes, either way it is delicious! Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

  • Mary, From Vero Beach, Florida (Testimonial)
Jude's Hot Sauce. Sam is such the salesman. He is very persuasive. Said I would like this sauce. So I bought this sauce from Wilderness Calls website. Thought I would give it a shot. I like to cook with different sauces and flavor is always a good thing. You can use it while cooking or put it on the table as a steak sauce. So I tried it out with Steak and Shrimp. It was amazing. Start out with Skirt Steak and Shrimp. Grill the steak and shrimp or pan sear them together. Toss the sauce onto them and serve with your favorite sides. It gives Chicken a different flare too. Marinate the chicken in the sauce for an hour. Mix it with fresh veggies and pineapples. Take and sauté the chicken, veggies and pineapple all together. Serve over rice or noodles. And you will be the star of the dining room. If you like sweet and hot at the same time this is the sauce for your table. This is definitely a sauce I will buy again! Thank you, Mary Kiefer

  • Joseph (Big Jo) Randell, From Dalton, Georgia (Testimonial)
I am not sure if anyone has told you how good your Jude's sauce is yet. I am here to say it is GREAT! I picked up some in a trade show in Dalton Georgia, in January of this year. Figured what the heck, the sample I tasted was good; why not give it a try. The man selling it said it was good on everything. I had the wife fry me up some fresh cat fish I caught. We used the Jude Sauce to dip the fried cat fish in, instead of ketchup. Let me tell you it was finger licking good! The man at the show was right, it is good on fish. I am going to order me a half a case and use it on other meats. Thank you for introducing us to the Jude's Sauce. Big Jo
